01 - Remove the halloumi from its packaging and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Cut into ½ inch thick slices.
02 - Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until the oil begins to shimmer.
03 - Arrange the halloumi slices in the pan without overlapping. Fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
04 - Transfer the fried halloumi to a serving plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and finish with freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately while warm.
