18 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
19 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
20 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
21 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped
22 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until just incorporated, being careful not to overwork the meat.
02 - Shape the seasoned turkey mixture into 4 equal patties, approximately 1/2 inch thick. Create a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place patties in the pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 3 minutes.
04 - Divide salad greens evenly among four serving bowls. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, shredded carrot, red onion, and avocado slices on top of the greens in sections for visual appeal.
05 - Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, and fresh herbs in a small bowl until smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Place one cooked turkey patty on top of each salad bowl. Drizzle the yogurt dressing generously over the entire bowl. Serve immediately while patties are still warm and vegetables are crisp.
