# Expert tips:

01 -
  • You get that indulgent Ferrero Rocher taste while hitting your protein goals before 9 AM
  • The overnight prep means zero morning cooking and zero excuses for skipping breakfast
02 -
  • The oats will continue softening the longer they sit so three days in the fridge is really the maximum before texture starts suffering
  • Protein powders vary wildly in sweetness so always start with less maple syrup and add more after tasting the base mixture
03 -
  • Make double batches on Sunday for the entire week ahead
  • Keep toppings separate until eating to prevent sogginess
